RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn merchandise with a copy of the original receipt to us within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund.  Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable.  As a courtesy, orders placed between November 15th and December 31st can be returned within 60 days of the purchase.

Newfound Purpose LLC provides free ground return shipping within the contiguous United States only when you use a prepaid return shipping label provided by us.  To initiate a return, please contact customer service via email sales@newfoundpurpose.com to request a prepaid, pre-addressed return shipping label to be emailed to you.  Free ground return shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories.  Items ship to APO/FPO/DPO can take up to 45 business days to deliver.

You may use other shipping carriers of your choice, but the return shipping fee will not be reimbursed.  We recommend you return the items with tracking service and properly insured.  Please send your returns to the following address:  Newfound Purpose LLC, 1001 Golden Palomino Ct, Austin, TX 78732.

Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.  Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return request.  Business days are Monday through Friday except for holidays.  All returned merchandise are subject to inspection and approval.  Newfound Purpose LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns of worn, altered or damaged merchandise, and return them to you at your own expense ($6.00 return handling and shipping fee).

Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the purchase.  To exchange an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
